We attempted to make the cover for this sous vide cookbook stand out from the others by using raised, spot UV texture that mimics the feel of sous vide pouches. 

   Designer Amy Sly, created clean, modern pages that showcase the beautiful photography and makes the recipes easy to use for home cooks.
